Personal Information

Dr. Krishnendra Shekhawat received his Ph.D. from the University of Geneva, Geneva, in 2013. He completed his MSc. From IIT Delhi in 2008. He served as Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus from 01.04.2016 - 31.05.2021. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Design & Computation Group, University of Lisbon, Portugal from 01.04.2015 – 31.03.2016 and G-Mod Group, Department of Computer Science, Aix-Marseille University, France from 01.02.2015 – 20.03.2015.

He also served as Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Central University of Rajasthan from05.08.2013 – 23.01.2015. He has completed several sponsored projects, including Asian Smart Cities Research and Innovation Network (ASCRIN), BITS Pilani – La Trobe Joint Project, SERB-DST Early Career Research Award, and RIG Grant, BITS-Pilani. His research interests include Planar Graph Drawings, Algorithms, Floorplanning, Computational Geometry. He has published many papers in SCI, Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals and Conferences.
